Payment for Services:

Payment for services is due in full upon receipt of invoice, prior to the date of the first visit. Payment can be made by cash or cheque.

Cancellations:

Happy Homes Pet Sitting and Home Care Services (Happy Homes) requires 48 hours advanced notice prior to the date of the first visit. Cancellations made during the visit (ie. returning early from vacation) will be refunded 50% of the remaining balance.

Emergencies:

In the event of any emergency, Happy Homes will make reasonable efforts to contact the client and the client's emergency contact, but, in the event contact cannot be timely made, the client authorizes Happy Homes to use its best judgment to deal with such emergency.

Responsibilities / Liability Policy:

Happy Homes will provide the stated standard services and custom services as specifically agreed in a timely, reliable and trustworthy manner.

Due to the nature of the business, the nominal charges for these services and the variety and unpredictability of potential problems associated with home/condominium ownership, cannot, and will not be responsible or liable for damages to person or property at the subject property or arising there from, unless directly caused by the gross negligence of its agents or employees.

Happy Homes encourages its clients to maintain sufficient insurance coverage to protect their property and themselves.

Client agrees to waive any and all claims against Happy Homes, its agents and employees and will hold them harmless for any such claims.

What we do with your personal information?

It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us, and if you elect to do so, we may use your contact information to provide you with information we believe you need to know or may find useful. We agree not to sell or rent it to a third party and to take all reasonable precautions to protect the information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

Prior to using the services of Happy Homes, you will be asked to complete a brief, one-page questionairre to ensure a complete understanding of what is to be expected from our services, and to ensure that we meet all of your expectations and requirements.
