Our pet sitting house call is a minimum of 1/2 hour and includes:
- Plenty of love and attention for your pets
- Providing the pets with their meals and serving fresh water
- Exercising the pets
- Playing
- Scooping the litter box
- Picking up after the dogs on a walk
- Brushing or combing
- Administering medication & vitamins
- A daily email update of each visit
- Dropoff / pickup at local vets office

House sitting with or without pets at home. We will drop by your house to:
- Bring in the mail, paper and packages
- Set the garbage and recycling out
- Open and shut curtains and blinds
- Turn on/off lights
- Turn on/off the radio
- Water your garden
- Water your indoor plants
- Fill the bird feeders
Many home insurance policies require someone to check plumbing and heating functions if you are away for more than 3 or 4 days. To ensure your home insurance policy is properly maintained we will conduct and record these checks daily.
Getting to know your pets
Free initial consultation.
Prior to booking your pet service, we will conduct a short, free consultation session. This will ensure your questions are answered, and your pet's health, exercise and feeding needs are recorded. In addition, this will help us to create an initial bond with your pet, and give you the opportunity to feel comfortable with us.
Attention to your home and property
Happy Homes provides dependable, affordable and personalized service to watch your home.
On each home visit, we will walk through the interior and exterior of your home to check for anything unusual including any visible damage or malfunctions. We will also pick up debris such as newspapers and flyers, bring in mail, rotate lights, water plants and garden, and record all visits in case needed for insurance purposes. We will also send daily email updates to you, wherever you are. If we find a problem, you will be notified immediately.
